Edited 10/14: the company contacted me after this review. They rapidly resolved the shipping issue and offered a partial refund. The sofa was delivered less than a week after my post. And the sofa is AWESOME: sturdy, well-made, pretty, comfortable. So, I am changing my rating from 1 to 5. I do recommend this company. Ordered in June. Company says it shipped in September. It is now October and still they have not given me a delivery date. They send very polite emails saying they will resolve it. But, it is not resolved.
