GOT CHARGED for a FREE trial, EVEN THOUGH I CANCELLED WELL BEFORE THE EXPIRY DATE (three days prior to expiry). Reason being due to unexpected urgent life matters coming up, I wasn’t in a position to use any of the images at that time.
After disabling auto renewal I even received an email to resubscribe or lose the benefits. But when I logged in today AUTO RENEWAL was still OFF, somehow the SUBSCRIPTION still RENEWED and I got charged for something I explicitly cancelled. It seems several other uses have this issue too at this time. I also saw no mention of such a charge in the terms of service, and cancelled auto renewal under the "Payment Profiles" page as mentioned in their TOS (so this might most likely be a bug with the website)
I have not used the new subscription and it remains untouched. I’ve already contacted support via both the platform and email to the reviews address, and I’m currently waiting for a response.
Would really appreciate some assistance to resolve this issue. I will change this review and rating accordingly as any new updates arise.
