After contacting support, I managed to receive a refund. The buying process is quite confusing, indicating credits that don’t correspond to those needed for downloading images. I’m still unsure how it all works, and I believe it should be simplified for users willing to pay. After further interactions with customer support, I’ve increased my rating to 4 stars; they were very helpful and responsive despite the website's drawbacks.
