If you think you might need to return items, I would advise against ordering from this platform. I ordered two different sizes of the same prom dress for my daughter, but neither fit her well. It took at least 24 hours for the company to respond to my return inquiries. Initially, their sales team asked whether the dress was too big or too small. Days later, they informed me that the dresses were made to order and couldn't be returned. Despite ordering custom sizes, they refused to accept the return and blocked my email account after my polite questions. An incredibly poor experience and lack of customer care.
