We ordered a dress on October 12th and have not received any communication from the seller since. Despite emailing, calling, and using the live chat option, we have received no response. I'm beginning to suspect that the positive reviews may be misleading. We had to cancel our photo shoot because we are uncertain if we will ever receive our dress. Avoid ordering from this seller. Additionally, any items are shipped from overseas and may take 3-4 weeks to arrive, which is unacceptable at this price point. They should be more transparent about shipping times.
