Very poor service- they provided the wrong address to the courier and I am now left without an address. They have not given me any additional information, responded to my email or provided a solution . Would not recommend purchasing one of their dresses! If you want to waste hundreds of pounds order a dress from here. I ordered a dress in April, it was supposed to arrive on May 19th as I paid a total of £60 to expedite my purchase which was delivered to an incorrect address. The photo provided by the courier was down the side of the persons house and due to the poor weather if the home owners were unaware of this delivery the contents of my parcel are ruined and yet DreamyAnnie has not offered any relief. This order WAS purchased directly from their website so they should be held accountable. The courier, Yodel, replied to my complaint saying “ However, if you still have not received the parcel, we kindly request that you contact your sender. They will assist you with the next steps and liaise on your behalf.” yet DreamyAnnie have not assisted me despite me reaching out on numerous occasions!
