Internet companies are the new Mafia families of our time. They offer UPTO a certain speed but demand the same amount of money each month. I checked my village on their availability map and it gave me 4G LTE. They sold me an (UPTO) 30Mbit contract. I rarely get 10, and as I am writing this I have a steady 2.4. ALL LEGAL...because 2.4 is UPTO 30. I have talked to the technicians and followed their instructions to no avail. The interesting thing is that at 4 or 5 am the strength is around 20 to 25. As soon as people wake up it drops down to 2 or 4....this is NOT my area, NOT the weather, NOT the router, but it is their signal strength. as I said MAFIA...and the governmental customer protection agency here in Austria or Europe does nothing about it....How about an UPTO monthly payment option. I will pay according to the service level. This month 3 Euros 50....DREI.AT the fastest internet provider ?....give me a break !!!!
