First i had a contract then i was always bring overcharged .so i decided to cancel it and stated clearly i would pay 10 euros extra because i would need it for one month .then i added another 10 euros .so my accound had 20 euros in the prepaid sim.
Get on a call since i needed it to be turned into mobile date,1.person turned 10 euros into minutes then i said it okay ,just turn the other 10 euors into data.she said okay ,wait a minute.then dropped the call.the second lady i called gave me a big attitude then said its not her problem(i think dhe though i had no understanding of german.
Ive given up.throw away a dim with still 10 euros on it .after this review i dont want to waste another minute on this company.please dont waste your money on them.

Today 30.01.2026 I called the customer service and asked to give me an operator who speaks English and my phone was turned off. I just wanted to ask for information about my internet subscription (router) just that. I am very disappointed with them and I will cancel all my contracts with them and I will tell my friends not to use this mobile network.
Bought a SIM card for internet connection, no strings attached. Was promised up to 300Mb of speed (christmasa special) - in fact got 10Mb at best!Tried with the Drei router, tried with a Net stick - same result!Customer service and technical resolve was useless - they just said:"it should be better later". No money back (although this happened on the day of the purchase)Horrible speed in Vienna using their data SIM cards. Stay away!
I made an order for the Team plan, after I was told that I had to buy another SIM for the plan, I canceled the order both on the app and by email, this happened more than 1 month ago, although I contacted them several times, the money has not been returned even now although they confirmed that they must refund the money, I have been their customer for over 5 years, this is how they treat you, thank you!
this company is a fraud. I swear to God there hasn't been a month where I paid the correct price. this month I'm being charged 100 euro instead of 37, and the month before 205 euros. I had to pay them or the bill collectors will handle it. avoid this company, have peace of mind. cheers
