I am absolutely disappointed with Drei. I was a customer for the last 2 years. I just checked my bank statements and Drei booked my payment twice. I just paid 60€ instead of 30 € and I feel scammed. I have reached out multiple times to the service team but only got back empty responses and flase hope by the customer service team. I am starting to look for other competitors to switch.
