My tool recently started smoking and sparking after only a few uses before it completely stopped. I reached out for support, and they offered repairs at a cost. It seems pointless, as it might end up being more expensive than buying a new one. This is my third tool to fail, and I’m appalled at the short lifespan and the suggestion to pay for repairs. I won't be buying another one, as they are overpriced for such poor durability, and the customer service is unsatisfactory.
