I bought this tool to maintain my dog's nails, having owned a similar one for years before losing it. It's excellent for the job! However, I was disappointed to find that it didn't come with the necessary charging cord/adapter. Customer service stated they don't include it since most people have one already, but the provided USB doesn't fit my charger. I had to buy a new adapter, and I would have preferred to pay a bit more to get the correct one included.
