Horrible.I was a Dress Barn junkie for well over a decade. I had the Dress Barn card, shopped in their stores and online. I bought a large batch of jeans in 2021 and they finally wore out. I went online and ordered 5 pairs of jeans in a size larger than my size because some people said they ran small. This was a $365 purchase. After a week, a package arrived containing ONE pair and a packing slip claiming 5 were shipped. There was nothing stating there was a split delivery or a delay in shipment or anything like that. It appeared to be a bald attempt to gyp me. They charged me for ALL FIVE PAIRS.The ONE pair was several sizes smaller than the tag claimed because I couldn’t even get them past mid thigh. I sent them an angry email with proofs of what I was charged and what received. I got an email asking for more proofs and sent them. Then, CRICKETS, I sent a third email. More crickets. I filed a dispute with my credit card company because this is totally unacceptable. RIP OFF
