I guess I should have read the reviews…

I guess I should have read the reviews before ordering. Since all their brick and mortar stores have closed and they have moved to only online ordering, their service has been TERRIBLE. I am still waiting for items that are past the date that they were supposed to have been delivered. I have tried to call their customer service and you cannot get a live person. So I have left a message and I am still waiting. I SHOULD HAVE GONE STICKLY WITH AMAZON. Free shipping, customer service that answers phones and extensively shortly delivery time. Lesson well learned.
