I have been waiting for my order for 2 months now! When I contact customer service I have to wait several days for a reply. When I do receive a reply I receive a "standard" reply telling me that they have escalated my complaint to the manager (4 times now) - and I have yet to actually hear back from this "manager". After several attempts to request for a refund... I am again told that my concerns will be addressed my the mysterious manager! AVOID THE STRESS AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
