Updated: Outstanding customer service. The company quickly reached out to address my concern. I truly appreciate their response and the fact that they made it right. Thank you. I have been a fan for years and treat myself to a few items during their annual sale. However, it seems that the quality control has dropped recently. I bought a dress I had been eyeing for a long time, and it looks poorly made. First, it’s way too big. I measured, and the sleeves hang 7 inches below my hands. Who has arms that long? The seam under the bust is crooked and diagonal. It’s unwearable. I can’t return it because it’s final sale, and I wouldn’t resell it to someone else. So, I’m out over $100 with a poorly made item. Unfortunately, this may be my last order. I work hard for my money and can’t afford to waste it like this. Please improve.
