I have been a fan for years and treat myself to a few items during their annual sale. However, it seems that the quality control has dropped recently. I bought a dress I had been eyeing for a long time, and it looks poorly made. First, it’s way too big. I measured, and the sleeves hang 7 inches below my hands. Who has arms that long? The seam under the bust is crooked and diagonal. It’s unwearable. I can’t return it because it’s final sale, and I wouldn’t resell it to someone else. So, I’m out over $100 with a poorly made item. Unfortunately, this may be my last order. I work hard for my money and can’t afford to waste it like this. Please improve.
The fabric and quality are horrendous, similar to other fast fashion brands but at a much higher price. You have to cover your own shipping costs for returns, and the policy states they can refuse returns upon receipt… keeping the item if they do. I feel scammed out of $160 and hesitant to return for fear of being scammed again. Maybe I can get $30 if I resell?

I purchased many items from this brand and I’m extremely disappointed. Every piece has pilled over time and looks terrible. The quality does not match the price. I can’t justify spending this much for items that are comparable to cheaper brands. I’m embarrassed to wear anything from this brand in public; it’s in terrible condition. Edit: I had the sweater set, playsuit, sweatshirt, and oversized tee. There’s a clear lack of planning for product quality. It’s evident from the consistent issues reported by many customers over the years. Many five-star reviews here seem to come from employees to counteract genuine feedback. The effort goes into flashy advertisements and photoshoots, but that’s about it.
I ordered several items for my girlfriend as a surprise gift, but unfortunately, they got lost in transit. Luckily, the customer service team was incredibly helpful and sent us replacements right away, even including a handwritten note! I love the team here and the products! The quality is unmatched, and we will definitely be ordering more!
