The owner, Lex, is shady as hell and is not someone I want to associate with. She started upping her prices FAR beyond affordable, but lowered her quality. She rejects most people's returns and generally has very poor customer service. I understand that with the price hikes she wants luxury customers, but she does not provide a luxury experience. She stopped advertising with plus size models and has alienated an entire group of people because of the lack of representation. She decided to discontinue influencer codes, which is the one thing that her customers use to justify spending an ungodly amount on her clothes. Also she got rid of her previous graphic designer, Emy Dyer, for working with other brands after Lex STALKED HER and then made Emy delete all of her content when she didn't even have a contract with her! And Lex's most recent endeavor is getting her lawyer to remove all of the BST groups on facebook to "silence" all of her pissed off customers and their complaints. I used to love Lala, but all of this has left such a bad taste that I won't be returning.
