A further update on my battle with this crooked company !!After sending yet ANOTHER mail via their website I received another response which is exactly the same as previous emails.This company cannot now even be bothered to read the negative reviews.Anyway eight days to go until the four week lead time on returns being refunded is up.Hi,Thank you for contacting us.Unfortunately, we have not yet received your returned parcel. As soon as it arrives and is processed, we will contact you immediately.If you have not yet sent the product back and your request is still pending a response from our Returns Team, you will receive a notification as soon as we have replied. Please note that the usual processing time for returns is 3 to 5 business days.You can check the status of your return at any time via My Account > View return status. Please note that the complete return process may take 3 to 4 weeks.If you returned the item using your own shipping method, we recommend checking the return status directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.Please also keep in mind that if the return shipment originates from outside the European Union, it may take a few additional days to clear customs. This process is handled by customs authorities and is unfortunately beyond our control. That said, we do everything possible on our side to ensure the process moves forward as quickly as possible.We sincerely apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience.
