I have been waiting over three weeks for my refund!
I have sent you people over 20 emails through your system and I get the same generated response each time, I have never experienced this kind of rubbish service in my life.
I have contacted my bank and they said they will take advice from the fraud department, I have also contacted UK trading standards and I have a zoom meeting tomorrow.
I sent this item back and it arrived at your Hounslow returns centre on February 4th and I still HAVE NOT received a refund.
I have also read previous complaints from other customers regarding the same issue.
An absolute disgrace and refusing to refund a customer is illegal !!!!!!!
Please sort out my refund now !!
