By Wednesday, I had not received any dispatch email, and upon following up, I learned the items were not in stock. The delivery timeframe was updated to Friday through Sunday. I eventually received a dispatch email stating it would arrive on Sunday, but now it’s Tuesday and it hasn’t arrived, making it too late for the gift. I emailed on Sunday for an update and received no response. I would suggest avoiding this company.
