A further follow up to my last entry - the below is an email received yesterday explaining that they are now registering returns dated February 10th - remember this date as the date they received my return was February 4th a full 18 days after it arrived with them and still NO refund.

Today our Returns Department is registering the parcels arrived on 10/02/2026.
If your parcel was delivered to us later than that by the courier you hired, in a few working days we should be able to process your refund.
In any case, as soon as we register it we will contact you back regarding your refund request.

I ordered a pair of youth sneakers from Dressin/tradeinn . I got an email saying shipped and then I got an email a month or so later the package was lost. It appeared it never made it to my hometown. I expected a refund never received.
I have placed five orders with Dressinn (TradeInn), and every single one has been a struggle. Despite paying for home delivery every time, the packages are invariably sent to random pick-up points. When I contact customer support to fix this, they simply deflect and tell me to contact the courier myself. As the sender, it is the company's responsibility to ensure the package reaches the paid-for destination.
The delivery timelines are equally unreliable. Not a single package has arrived on time. My latest order had an ETA of January 26, 2026; as of February 7, I am still waiting. A previous order arrived nearly a month late. When I ask for updates, I receive canned responses like "the order is in transport" and will take "some working days." While the assortment and prices are great, the logistical nightmare makes it hard to justify shopping here again.
I ordered a birthday gift for my brother, expecting it to arrive between Wednesday and Friday. I needed it by the following Monday. By Wednesday, I had not received any dispatch email, and upon following up, I learned the items were not in stock. The delivery timeframe was updated to Friday through Sunday. I eventually received a dispatch email stating it would arrive on Sunday, but now it’s Tuesday and it hasn’t arrived, making it too late for the gift. I emailed on Sunday for an update and received no response. I would suggest avoiding this company.

I emailed on Sunday for an update and got no response. I strongly advise against using this company.
They charge 4.95 for initial postage, and if you need to return an item, they require you to take six photos and make the return process very complicated. In Europe, returns should be straightforward and not require a justification. They then charge 7.95 for return postage. I will not use this service again!
I didn't want to give even one star. I returned trainers three weeks ago, and they seem to be taking an eternity to arrive back. I've explained my situation regarding chemotherapy and the need for a refund, but they just keep delaying. There’s no compassion from them at all, so I recommend avoiding this service entirely.
I bought a pair of boots from the platform, but they didn’t fit. I processed a return, paying £11.99 for postage on 14/11 and saw on their site that the items were picked up and in transit on 17/11. Since then, I haven't heard anything, and my refund hasn’t come through. I would not recommend this site and urge others to steer clear.
