I cannot recommend this service due to misleading advertisements and very poor customer support. I ordered a jacket with next-day delivery but waited almost two weeks without any updates. When I reached out, I was told there was a delay, which I should have been informed about. I wanted to cancel my order and requested a refund multiple times, but my messages were ignored. When they finally responded, they offered a different color instead of processing my refund. After reiterating my request to cancel, I was ignored again. I had to involve a third party to get my refund. The lack of care for customers is disappointing, and I won't be using this service again.
