I cannot recommend this service due to misleading advertisements and very poor customer support. I ordered a jacket that promised next-day delivery but waited nearly two weeks without any updates. When I finally reached out, I was informed of a delay that I should have been notified about. Since it was advertised for next-day delivery, I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund. Despite multiple messages and emails to cancel and process my refund, my requests were completely ignored. When I finally received a response, they offered me a different color instead of addressing my refund request. After reiterating my desire to cancel, they ignored me again. I ultimately had to involve a third party to resolve the issue and secure my refund. The lack of customer care is disheartening, and I will never purchase from this service again.
