Awful experience, my partner ordered a body warmer that wasn’t upto standard of quality so kindly asked for an exchange for a replaclement. He posted the item back almost a month ago on tracked next day delivery to receive a new one but has basically been stroked of £130. No refund or exchange and extremely poor communication with this company. Appalling especially at Christmas time.
