I opened an account in February of 2026. I asked to cancel my account after realizing it wasn't the service that i thought it was within 24 hours of opening the account. It is now April 2026 and they have charged me TODAY nearly 2 months after i asked them to cancel. I then i get a response from a rep named Emma, basically telling me they won't refund me. This is a scam - do not trust this app.
