The boots came faulty, they had a hole. After contacting them about it, they offered me 20% discount on the item…but why would i wear the boots that have hole in it and will only get bigger. I refused and said i want a return and the new boots sent. The new boots were sold out as i waited for their reply. I sent the broken boots to them right after I got them. The whole process has extented to about 2 months of waiting for their replies. I have written to them multiple times. They insisted that the boots I’ve sent back did not arrive yet, but on the tracking number and after contacting the post it was clear that they arrived like 2 weeks ago. Very awful service. Not only did i received broken boots but the whole process of getting my money back was exhausting.
