Very bad experience

Very bad experience. I strongly do not recommend this company.I placed an order over a month ago and it was never delivered. The parcel didn’t move for weeks, so it was probably lost. Customer service offered to resend it, but they made a mistake with the address. I informed them, and instead of correcting it, they simply cancelled the order.Since then, I haven’t received any refund. My emails are ignored or even blocked, and I no longer get any response from them.This is unacceptable: mistakes in orders, lost parcels, unjustified cancellation, and no refund.I feel completely scammed, and I absolutely do not recommend this company.

Extremely disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this service. I placed an order over a month ago, and it was never delivered. The package sat idle for weeks, likely lost. The support team offered to resend it but made an error with the address. When I alerted them, instead of fixing it, they just cancelled the order. Since then, I haven't received any refund. My emails go unanswered or are blocked, and I've stopped getting any responses from them. This is unacceptable: errors in orders, lost packages, unjustified cancellations, and no refunds. I feel completely cheated, and I absolutely cannot recommend this service.

Returned package

I ordered and received two pairs of shoes, both were too large. When I contacted customer service, I’ve received an email stating that I can return package. Also I had to pay postage expenses. Afterwards Dr Franklin refused to take my parcel, and I received my package back. I did not get any refund, nor any answer from them.

I did not received my order. They do nothing

I placed my order for sunglasses on July 28, 2025. Today is September 14th, 2025, and I still haven’t received my order. Not only have I not received the product, but there has also been no effort on their part to either resend the item or issue a refund. I have sent them over five emails, and the only response I get is that I “need to be patient.” Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered 2 x pairs of sunglasses and…

I ordered 2 x pairs of sunglasses and they never arrived. The "tracking" showed that the parcel never made it to Australia and that I didn't receive it. They asked me to fill in an affidavit so the original postal service could investigate. I did. Oh turns out a digital signature wasn't good enough. They offered no support, made no effort to investigate the issue, and refused a refund. I had to contact my bank to try and obtain a refund, it's still pending. Avoid purchasing from this company at all costs. Terrible customer service and you don't get the products you paid hundreds of dollars for.

Awful exchange process

I tried to get my order changed prior to shipping. Customer services responded to me 12hrs after my request saying my order was already processed and that I would have to wait to receive it and send it back as a return. As it was on the 2 for 1 offer I had to send both pairs back even though I wanted one. The postage back from GB to Spain was £15. I don’t think I will bother with your brand again. The products are amazing - the customer services/exchange process are poor.
