⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed and Out of PocketI paid £560 to Dr Franks for a service that was supposed to include a Mounjaro injection every 4 weeks. I received the first injection without any issues, but I am now in week 7 and have still not received my second one.Since week 2, I’ve been emailing them twice a week asking for an update. Every time, I was told there was a delay and it would be sent “shortly.” This never happened.This week, I asked twice for a refund, and now my emails are being completely ignored. They won’t even provide a basic receipt so I can claim the money back through my bank.I am now £500+ out of pocket, and the service I paid for has not been delivered. The lack of communication and refusal to acknowledge my messages is incredibly unprofessional.I would strongly advise others to be cautious—my experience has been extremely disappointing.
