Review Time
I had an order delayed for months and then after being assured the next order would not be sent out, it was charged and not sent!! I then can’t get hold of anyone on their chat, email or phone to get the refund. Appalling customer service!
Still waiting for order for mourjano that they took payment for on 2nd Jan. Now won't acknowledge my emails and can get through on the phone even before they message on website about technical difficulties. Have raised a dispute with PayPal. Had been very efficient service up until this order. I have now had to order from Superdrug and service amazing-approved and arrived in store within 48 hours
Communication is lacking, with no responses to inquiries. When they do claim to have taken action, it often turns out they haven't. I've received automated emails for treatment questionnaires, and I got the review email three weeks in advance of even receiving the first item! The process is poorly organized, leaving me uncertain about whether I'll receive the next two items I've already paid for on time, which could disrupt my treatment. I chose this service based on a recommendation, but in retrospect, I would strongly suggest looking for a face-to-face clinic instead.
I strongly advise avoiding this company. I placed an order in August, only to receive an email two days later stating that the price was no longer valid and that I needed to request a refund. Fast forward to yesterday, and I discovered that £168 had been deducted from my account without me placing a new order. That's all my Christmas funds gone, and I can't reach anyone from the support team. My bank is unable to assist because they want to give the company five days to respond.
