Title: Multiple serious issues – incorrect doses, data breach, and poor handlingI wanted to share my experience as a patient of Dr Frank’s / Howell Medical Group / DAM Pharmacy, in case it helps others.Over several months, I had a number of serious problems, including:• Incorrect doses suppliedI paid for 12.5 mg Mounjaro but was sent 15 mg on three different occasions, with no clear explanation for the change.• A pen delivered with no prescriptionOne of my pens was supplied without a prescription on record. This only became clear after I queried missing entries.• A data breach involving my personal medical informationAnother patient was accidentally sent an email containing my prescription details. I was never given a full explanation of what happened.• Poor complaint handlingDeadlines were missed, questions were left unanswered, and different staff gave different accounts of events. My subject access request was also incomplete, containing only basic surface information.• Refusal to continue my care after asking to record a consultationI asked to record future consultations for accuracy — something patients are legally allowed to do in the UK. After this, the clinic told me they would no longer deal with my complaint or continue my care.Because of these issues, several regulators are now involved in reviewing the situation.I’m sharing my experience in case it helps others make informed decisions.
