This online pharmacy is about business and profit . I was subscriber for Monjaro and on 25 of August I have paid for 15 mg pen but I received 5 Mg over 2 weeks later . I have contacted them several times , I got in writing apologies from different staff members,The nurse prescribed 15 as paid , 12.5 etc. They asked me for lots of pictures of the pen , never said return it . I was expecting at least to get another 10 mg pen to match what paid for . The price increased and I have waited and waited. 5 mg won’t help for more than a week and they didn’t respond or solve this matter for so long. I rang them and a lady informed me that them system is not working and they will come back to me, never did. I contacted my bank and again instead of fixing this error they sent T &C to send the pen back . I sent it back on 29 th , no response , no refund . Very disappointing and frustrating. Please don’t buy from them . Better pay a bit more but you won’t get this treatment. If a pharmacy does this mistakes ….. I will find a way to complain further!
