Avoid this company at all cost.About 3 months Ago I Purchased a 3 month time Mounjaro, first month was everything alright. The second month I didn't received the delivery. I had to contact customer service to inquire about my prescription, and only a few days later did they send the medication, and I didn't even receive any information about the shipment or tracking. Now, this month, I was supposed to have received my medication at least 6 days ago, and to this day, nothing has been delivered. I've already made two inquiries about this, but customer service is very poor, and I can't even get a response. I've tried calling several times, but nobody answers the phone. I haven't received my last pen, and I can't even request a refund. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE...
