Poor despatch resulting in a break in treatment. Poor customer service advisors. This is after waiting above 60 minutes to be connected to one. Customer advisors struggle to recognise who you are. They say they will get back to you via email but don’t. After 1 week of hearing nothing I needed to make a2nd telephone call to attempt to resolve my prescription & delivery issue. Dr Frank’s do not accept responsibility putting the blame on the customer. No offer of compensation to the customer for distress & wasted time. They are all about money & I feel disregard the patient. Customers like myself are paying high premiums for Mounjaro & receiving a very very poor service. I have given Dr Franks 1 star because there wasn’t anything lower. Buyers Beware
