I would have given no stars had that been an option. It was a comedy of errors from beginning to end. Went through the process to order three lots of Monjaro, in increasing dosage, as this brought the price down to a reasonable rate. Waited…….and waited……and waited. Tried several times to contact them, sometimes holding for almost an hour before abandoning the call. When I eventually got through, I was told my order had been lost in the queue. I was then promised next day delivery. The next day I was contacted to say my order was waiting for someone to approve it, but it would be with me the next day. I got a tracking number and followed its progress until Royal Mail confirmed it had been delivered…….to an address 200 miles away. Again on the phone for ages to speak to someone. No one knew what was going on so I emailed escalations (complaints). They responded saying they would look into the matter and get back to me later that day. No contact! I emailed the complaints team to say cancel the order and refund me. They agreed to do so. After 5 days I still had no refund so emailed again and the reply assured me they had processed the refund. I got it today, 5 weeks after starting the process. In the meantime I went back to MedExpress and got my delivery within 24 hours. Avoid this outfit. I think they’ve bitten off more than they can chew.
