Honestly I despair with this company. They take all the money upfront then 3 months in decide not to send prepaid medication without any prior warning. A BMI check is required (which is fine) BUT this should not be when the medication is DUE, then have to wait a week for a video consult and then if ‘approved’ wait another week. Therefore at least a 2 week delay with no medication. This is unacceptable to leave a customer without ongoing medication. Tried calling numerous times and after multiple attempts the call was answered by a call centre somewhere and then the call was disconnected! So I tried again and again to no avail.
