Mediocre to bad

When it all goes smoothly they're mediocre (slow and disorganised), when it goes wrong they're atrocious! Their whole order process is disorganised to say the least - inviting me to multiple appointments, asking me for info I've already provided and then when I get to the doctor review appointment the doctor is puzzled about why they have even insisted on an appointment because he says he can see all the info I've provided already and my history so it should not have needed the appointment in the first place! This review is based specifically on my last order which was for a 3 month supply. Their system shows it as a single order which is "complete" after the first month shipment even though they only ship 1 month at a time (which makes me think it's left to somebody to track manually which can only be a recipe for disaster). For the 2nd month they ask me for review info (before they can ship it) 3 times and I respond all 3 times. Eventually they wake up 2 weeks after the 1st request and response and process the order which still takes another week to process and then ship! Now I should already have my 3rd month supply which they seem to have completely forgotten (although they have sent me dozens of emails trying to persuade me to buy more) and despite multiple messages to customer service (email and web form) absolutely no reply at all after 2 weeks - they're just ignoring every message. Tomorrow I'll try phoning them during their limited hours ( and based on past experience that can take a lot of time too) to find out what the hell is going on - but their service really is just atrocious! The only reason for using them was the competitive pricing but for the grief that goes with it I'm not sure it's altogether worth it! So if you do choose them then just be prepared for this level of service in dealing with them.Update 18/11/2025: after a phone call lasting 16 minutes (so not too bad) they assure me they have now requested the prescription to be issued. The excuse given is that they moved to a new system and there is a major backlog. Explanation given for no reply to emails or webform was just a simple apology and "major backlog"! I get the impression they are only processing these orders on request when somebody calls in. I suspect the "new system" has lost key details of previous orders so they don't even know when they're supposed to be issuing prescriptions for pre-existing orders and they're just ignoring messages! I'll report back on how long it takes to actually get the new prescription.Update:24/11/2025: it's taken them a WEEK to send me an email saying actually they need a review appointment and the first appointment they have available is 1st December! They really are just useless! Oh, but of course I've had emails in the last week urging me to buy more from them (never again)! Looking at the other reviews it's clear something has gone badly wrong with this company!
