What went wrong time and again? Their delivery service is terrible. They offer excuses and blame the postal system. I initially trusted them. However, after conducting a test by ordering from another nearby distributor, I found that my order from this company is still missing after being placed a week later on December 14th. Today is December 27th, nearing the 28th, and it still hasn't arrived. They've lost a previously loyal customer who spent significantly with them. It seems they don't care about customer satisfaction, as no resolution was offered. So, goodbye to this service; I will be spreading the word to avoid ordering from them and will choose a company that truly cares. Another provider delivered a better product in just 5 days, not two weeks. Their poor customer service has cost them my business.
