I would rate this experience as zero stars if that were an option. I placed an order on January 5th and received an email confirming my order. Now, on January 15th, my package is still showing as "shipping label has been created". This is completely unacceptable. I'm requesting a full refund and am unsure how that will turn out. While the support team has replied to my emails, they've only offered apologies without any clear explanations.
What went wrong repeatedly? The delivery service is inadequate. They provide excuses and blame the postal service. Initially, I believed them. To test their reliability, I ordered from another nearby distributor, which arrived in just 5 days, while my order from this company is still missing after being placed a week later on December 14th. Now, on December 27th, approaching the 28th, it remains unfulfilled. They've lost a loyal customer who previously spent a lot with them. Clearly, they don’t prioritize customer satisfaction, as no action was taken. So, farewell to this service; I will share my experience and take my business elsewhere. Another provider offered a better product and delivered in just 5 days, not two weeks. Their poor customer service has cost them my trust.

It's been almost three weeks since I placed my order, and the shipping service still hasn’t received the package. I understand it's December, but this is unacceptable. Shipping has never been this poor; while the package will eventually arrive and the product will be mediocre at best, I can't find another option for their products since I'm in the UK. Claims that it's a scam are false; they are simply very bad at shipping.
We've ordered from this service more than ten times and have always received our orders correctly. Yes, shipping times can be very misleading, but we’ve always received our items within 15 days, and we're located far away. I’ve also consistently received prompt email responses from customer service.
