They put the smoke alarms so close to the kitchen stove that you can't cook without it going off. All of my neighbors have had this issue. Then, you think you're simplifying the process by having your mortgage and insurance in one place - HA! My mortgage has changed hands two times since purchase 10 months ago. My insurance has three agencies listed. Everyone is so difficult to contact. The buying experience was great. The residual, not so much. Plus my mortgage went up almost $200 in one year. They way underestimate Escrow accounts. Terrible.
