There are so many things that have gone "bad" on this 2-year home; too many to list here. This last thing that has prompted me to write this review here is that the caulking surrounding the main bathroom shower stall is coming off. Just like it did where the cabinet surrounding the sink did. i had to repair this; and now i'm going to have to repair the shower stall issue now. Bottom line is that these are very cheaply made with the cheapest materials possible. Good things are the kitchen cabinets are decent, i do like the big shower stall, and the insulation seems to be good as my heating bill is very low. But, if i had to do it all over again, i would NOT buy one of these homes. Do not get sidelined with the glowing reviews on their slick talking sales ppl. Check out the YouTube videos about them and the builder Lennar. BUYER BEWARE!
