Dear DR Horton Management Team, Our walk through for the home was very informal as the Superintendent is very detailed in explaining the overall operations of the home. During the handover, he noted several items in the home that would be corrected or completed due to weather permitting. Such as the exterior painting of the trim around the garage doors and the front main door. Adjustments with the SOD would be also corrected due to the storm water drainage inspection from the municipality. He also helped in adjusting in the home and made some minor repairs during our punch lists. Furthermore, DR Horton sales representative helped us throughout the overall experience in purchasing a home, as he explained the expectations and steps that will be taken including gaining our trust as this was our first time in purchasing a home along with it being a cash transaction.
