I have made the best decision to choose Dr. Karabulut as my rhinoplasty Doctor. Dr. Karabulut specializes in complex revisions, thick skin surgeries and ethnic rhinoplasties(the types of surgeries most doctors avoid/reject operating). He is also an ENT specialist, where he will fix the underlying breathing complications and nasal deviations. He is a calm, understanding and caring surgeon. He will listen to you, and will answer every question patiently. He will make the best nose that is suitable for your face and a nose that is functional after the surgery. He responds to any questions/concerns during the healing process promptly. Not to mention that he has hundreds of complicated surgery experiences and the before/after pictures on his IG page, you can check it out as reference. I would recommend him %1000!!! Do yourself a favor: Be the best version of yourself, and choose this Doctor without hesitation!
This review is only about the appointment scheduling, not the doctor’s medical skills!!If you’re not from the US, it’s really hard to even get an appointment here. You constantly have to chase the assistant just to get a date or a response. The doctor also keeps rescheduling his appointments. At first, I was given a video call appointment… but of course, no one called me that day. Turns out the doctor was on vacation in Dubai. No follow-up, no explanation — nothing.After that, I had to chase the assistant again and finally managed to get an in-person appointment, which was supposed to take place at a hotel. I even traveled all the way to Istanbul just to see him, and in the end, the appointment got canceled on the same day.It all felt super unprofessional and way too money-driven - 16.000 USD for revision rhinoplasty! Honestly, I don’t even want to imagine how the actual results would’ve turned out. Looking back, I feel like God was protecting me from something.

From the moment I landed, the luxury transportation straight from the airport set the tone—it was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Communication was top-tier the entire time. Anytime I had a question or concern, someone was always available to assist me. The 24-hour on-site nurse gave me so much peace of mind, and the hotel they placed me in was absolutely beautiful—clean, luxurious, and super comfortable. As for my results… WOW. I honestly wish I could leave a six-star review. This was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Highly recommend!
My rhinoplasty experience with Dr. Karabulut was wonderful. He was extremely attentive, professional, and warm-hearted. Throughout the surgery process, he was always there to answer all my questions patiently. Even at the hotel, he checked in with me every day and made sure I had no concerns. I want to share my experience with a surgeon named Huseyin Karabulut so others can avoid what I went through. When I was younger, I went to him in Turkey for a rhinoplasty, as well as a lip lift and a brow lift. Looking back, these procedures were unnecessary, but the real issue was the care I received. He placed the brow lift incisions right next to my eyebrows, leaving me with two large, very noticeable scars. The lip lift scar was also really bad.When it was time to remove the stitches, there was a translator who told me I only needed to take out the ones from my lip lift once I got home, and that the stitches in my brows were dissolvable. That turned out to be completely false. No one told me there were non-dissolvable stitches left in my brows, and I had to go to another surgeon in the U.S. later to get them removed. This left me with terrible scars.Years down the line, I even had a spitting suture—basically a permanent suture—working its way out of the tip of my nose. It was a bizarre situation that multiple U.S. surgeons found unusual. I had a really hard time finding anyone here who wanted to deal with aftercare because many doctors don’t want to fix another surgeon’s mistakes from overseas. Eventually, I got it taken care of, but the clinic’s response was awful. They were rude, dismissive, blamed me for the aftercare, and ignored me for days at a time.In the end, I just want people to know that these are not the kind of people you want to trust with your care. I paid them a lot of money—$10,000—and once the surgery was done, they didn’t care about me at all. They ignored me while I was recovering alone and offered no real help. Please do your research and avoid this clinic at all costs.

My brother and I both had rhinoplasty with Dr. Huseyin in Turkey in 2023, and it was one of the WORST decisions we have ever made.Result is HORRIBLEMy nasal bridge is now very wide and asymmetric, the tip is droopy and uneven, I have a visible bump on the right side of my nose. My brother's nose is also very big, severely asymmetric, with a very droopy tipWe both developed breathing problems after the operation, the internal structure of our noses collapsed.Because of this, we now need reconstructive rhinoplasty to repair the damage and to be able to breathe normally again.Also I never saw the doctor again after the surgery. Even the cast removal was done by an assistant, and it was badly done.I have wasted my money and my time, 1 year to recover for nothing, I hated my face and suffered a lot.I strongly advise people to be very cautious before choosing this surgeon. I am requesting a refund, as I will now have to spend significantly more on a secondary reconstructive rhinoplasty, since I can no longer breathe properly. I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Huseyin a month ago (March 12th) and I can not thank him enough !!! He did everything I asked for and more . My nose looks amazing . He is literally perfect at everything he does . I had a previous rhinoplasty in the states , and they completely messed up my nose . Dr Huseyin said I had a complicated case , but my nose is so perfect now . I wish I would have went to him the first time . Dr Huseyin is the best of the best !! I love him .
