Understand the terms before making a payment to avoid issues with cancellations

It's crucial to review the terms and conditions before proceeding with a payment. If you find yourself needing to cancel your order after payment, the terms state that refunds are not provided. After ordering a product, I received a prescription the next day and attempted to cancel my order. I followed the instructions to leave a voice message, emailed, and sent a message through the website to request a cancellation since I no longer required it. Unfortunately, all my efforts were ignored. The next day, I received a notification that my prescription had been approved. I immediately informed them that I no longer needed it, yet they proceeded to send it anyway. The medication is now useless to me, and I will be increasing my dosage. The customer service was disappointing; they are quick to accept payment but show little concern for their customers.

I can't find any updates on my order. The treatment status indicates both approved and under review simultaneously. When I try to cancel the order, I encounter an error message. Additionally, I haven't received any replies to my emails or messages.

Avoid this service if you want a smooth medication process

If you're looking to spend days navigating issues over a routine medication, this is the service for you. I submitted a request for a specific medication and filled out the unnecessarily complicated online form. Then, I was asked to send my prescription, which I had already provided. What followed was a barrage of emails requesting more and more information, with each request contradicting the previous one. Due to the confusion regarding my current medication and what I was asking for, I requested a direct call from the clinician. Unfortunately, no call ever came. The support team repeatedly claims that patient safety is their top priority, yet they refuse to communicate directly to clarify what they actually need. Instead, they rely on a flood of unclear emails that waste everyone's time. Ultimately, they refunded me. It seems like their clinicians struggle to stand by their own decisions when it comes to prescribing a common and straightforward medication. If the service isn't confident in its ability to prescribe it, why offer it at all? Why place the burden on customers to gather letters and specialist information, only to disregard it entirely? Perhaps they should consider hiring prescribers who are medically trained, confident, and capable of making clear clinical decisions. It's frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this service, and I certainly won't be using it again.

Regrettably, a disappointing experience with this service

This marks my first negative review, but the service has left me no alternative. A company should be evaluated on its ability to address problems, and this service failed to do so despite having ample opportunity. My initial order and first injection went well. However, during the second dose, the pen malfunctioned and became unusable. I promptly reached out to the support team, requesting a replacement pen and the missed dose of medication. After providing the necessary photo of the defective pen, I was told to contact the manufacturer directly. This is unacceptable—my agreement is with the service, and directing me to the manufacturer undermines my consumer rights. When I sought a refund, I was contacted by the head of customer support, who incorrectly merged the pen and the medication into one order, referencing regulations for prescription-only medicines. While the medication is indeed a pharmaceutical, the pen is merely a delivery device—similar to a spoon with cough syrup. Initially, they attempted to separate the contract, but their position has since shifted. I even escalated the issue to the CEO, hoping for resolution, but received no reply. I will now take legal action. This service has lost a loyal customer who would have spent significantly more—all due to a faulty pen. **My recommendation: Steer clear of this service.** I've already located a more dependable supplier.

Very Disappointing Experience

I registered with this service hoping for a better deal, but it became a nightmare. Their website only allows one photo upload when multiple are required, causing constant rejections. They also wouldn't accept my prescription evidence, adding to my frustration. After four days of trying without success, I requested a refund since they charged me upfront. Now I’m waiting for my refund, regretting not sticking with my current supplier. I strongly advise avoiding this service.
