I wish I read the reviews before purchasing but I was in a rush before Christmas. I ordered a week before Christmas to buy a silent basketball. At the time of purchase the estimated time of delivery was just a few days later. So even though I may not have it by Christmas, I thought even a few days later would be fine. I even paid an extra $5 for priority processing.Then the next day I get an email, that I won't get the basketball for another month. Of course, I am upset as I paid for priority processing and I went ahead and ordered from Amazon (although I try to support small businesses). I immediately emailed their customer service and asked for a refund and to cancel my order. It was only a day after and they said that I can no longer cancel since they already processed my order. If that is the case, then why do I still not have the product and it is 1/13/26 today. This is a dishonest company that will steal your money in a heartbeat. They want your money for priority shipping, but have no intention to send the product for months later. They deserve to go out of business. What a sham! I am so sad I fell for it. I hope anyone reading this will take their business elsewhere.
