We experienced a similar issue. Ordered on December 3, but it took 10 days for confirmation, which raised concerns. We received multiple shipping updates daily, yet none provided actual tracking information. The shipping emails suggested delivery within 18-28 days, but it has now been over a month. Their Shipping Policy page appears empty, but if you highlight it, the content becomes visible. It claims a delivery time of 5-9 days, which is clearly inaccurate. I filed a dispute with my credit card and received provisional credit. The seller has 45 days to respond, but since we received nothing, I doubt they'll succeed. Furthermore, the reviews on their website are misleading; the 1-star reviews say things like, “love my ball” and “quick shipping,” which seem disingenuous. I advise against making a purchase here.
We got scammed too. Ordered Dec 3 and confirmed 10 days later - first red flag. Got several shipping updates day after day but none indicating where the order actually was. The Shipping Policy says, “5-9 day delivery” - nope. Filed a dispute with my CC and got provisional credit. Dribble Dream will have 45 days to respond but since we never got anything, they won’t win. Also, read the reviews on their website. The 1 star reviews say, “love my ball,” and, “quick shipping.” It’s all BS, don’t buy this.
The company is real and you’ll get your order, the issue is that you’re receiving cheap, Chinese junk, directly from China. It will take a long time to receive your order, and even if you pay the extra $5 for priority processing and shipping, it still won’t arrive on time for small things like, you know, Christmas. It comes in a plastic shipping back that may be torn if there’s something rigid, like a hoop inside. The “limited edition” ball itself doesn’t look like the one on the website. You have to put a considerable amount of force to get it to bounce back up to waist height. The hoop that you can order is a standard plastic indoor hoop. Not sure about the adhesive they sent for it. All of the directions are in Chinese, so I have no idea if it’ll tear paint off the wall, so I’ll likely try to hang it with a couple of Command strips. All in all, you’ll get a product. Eventually. Just be prepared for shipping and quality issues. After ordering this, I noticed that similar silent balls are everywhere including D’s Sporting Goods and TJ Maxx/Marshall’s, all at significantly lower prices.
I wish I read the reviews before purchasing but I was in a rush before Christmas. I ordered a week before Christmas to buy a silent basketball. At the time of purchase the estimated time of delivery was just a few days later. So even though I may not have it by Christmas, I thought even a few days later would be fine. I even paid an extra $5 for priority processing.Then the next day I get an email, that I won't get the basketball for another month. Of course, I am upset as I paid for priority processing and I went ahead and ordered from Amazon (although I try to support small businesses). I immediately emailed their customer service and asked for a refund and to cancel my order. It was only a day after and they said that I can no longer cancel since they already processed my order. If that is the case, then why do I still not have the product and it is 1/13/26 today. This is a dishonest company that will steal your money in a heartbeat. They want your money for priority shipping, but have no intention to send the product for months later. They deserve to go out of business. What a sham! I am so sad I fell for it. I hope anyone reading this will take their business elsewhere.
I ordered this product on Dec. 10th with a promise of Christmas delivery. Never received an email with confirmation of order or tracking info. Reached out to company by email on Dec. 22nd. Tracking number given shows my ball “ dribbling” around China. Totally fake. Disputed with credit card company. Shame on me for not checking the legitimacy of this scam of a website in the first place.
My product never arrived. They said they would only give me a refund once it arrived and I returned the product. The tracking system shows it’s still in transit. I ordered the ball in May. Please do not make any purchase through this company.
