We received multiple shipping updates daily, yet none provided actual tracking information. The shipping emails suggested delivery within 18-28 days, but it has now been over a month. Their Shipping Policy page appears empty, but if you highlight it, the content becomes visible. It claims a delivery time of 5-9 days, which is clearly inaccurate. I filed a dispute with my credit card and received provisional credit. The seller has 45 days to respond, but since we received nothing, I doubt they'll succeed. Furthermore, the reviews on their website are misleading; the 1-star reviews say things like, “love my ball” and “quick shipping,” which seem disingenuous. I advise against making a purchase here.
