I used drift for over two years but unfortunately, I had to cancel my subscription due to AWFUL customer service. Recently, they changed their policy to where if you would like to change the date of your subscription, you would need to email their support team. Seems weird because it used to be you would just click "edit" and click the new date on your subscription.

So I emailed support one week before my order asking to change the date. Sadly, I was never answered and a week later I saw a charge for $30 on my account. I emailed support again asking them to cancel and refund the order only to get no response. Four days later, I comment my experience on their Instagram and they DM me saying they "Want to make this right" they ask for my name, email address, and order #. I give it to them only for an automated response of "A Drift Goods advisor will be with you momentarily!" that was 24hrs ago and they still haven't responded.

Now I got an email confirming that the order has shipped. So at this point, I'm kinda done with Drift. I don't know if this is ScentBird being big business and forcing new practices on Drift, but it's a same my support for them had to end like this.

*UPDATE*

Drift finally got back to me and oh boy... I wish 0 Stars was an option at this point. They stated as such:

"After reviewing our records, it appears that we have not received an email from you at our customer service email hello*at sign*drift.co, requesting to change the date of your subscription. I’m sorry if this has led to any confusion on your part."

Now here's the rub, Drift is trying to deliberately avoid any and all fault for this issue. There site clearly states:

"Please Contact Us At -Support*at sign*Drift.Co - To Update Next Shipment Date"

That right there states that entire point of emailing hello*at sign*drift.co to change the date to be false. They are also stating you don't need to email them to change the date. When unfortunately, that is incorrect when it immediately states to do so the second you click "Edit Shipment Date". I am just beyond taken back by how incredibly unprofessional and unable to simply make things right Drift has been.
