Review Time
I got the wrong order on 12/19/25. I reached out on 12/25 to inform them about the mistake but received no reply. I followed up again on 1/4, 1/6, and 1/7/26, yet still no response. The product seems great, but the customer service is extremely disappointing.
The lack of transparency is concerning. They charged my card without my permission, stating they had sent an email three days before the charge for me to 'make changes to my order.' I never received that email. Additionally, I faced challenges in canceling my subscription because their website (not my internet connection) wouldn’t load. There was no contact number available. The only option I had was to email for cancellation. By the time they replied, it was too late in the shipping process to cancel.
The first order arrived damaged. I believed it was a one-time order, but these deceptive subscription services are a con and a waste of money. It really discourages customers from returning. I’ve attempted to cancel multiple times today, but surprise, it never actually cancels. It makes you question the brand further. It’s unfortunate because I liked the scent and appearance, but I dislike feeling deceived.
Awful. Avoid at all costs. I was automatically subscribed without clear consent and found it nearly impossible to cancel. There’s no visible email or phone number for support. When I attempted to cancel through their site, the cancellation page kept freezing. I ultimately had to cancel my bank card.
Complete scam - I made a one-time purchase at a one-time price, yet I was enrolled in a monthly subscription. The 'Cancel Subscription' button conveniently does not function, and there’s no direct contact information. I have to contact my credit card to stop the charges.
The fragrance was lovely but lasted only about a week, despite still having liquid. I was unaware I was enrolling in a subscription and have been trying to get a refund since the 7th, and now it’s the 22nd. I can’t even file a complaint with the relevant authorities because I can’t find their contact information. I'm concerned they will keep charging me the monthly fee even though they said it was canceled. Extremely disappointing experience!
