This company is incredibly disorganized. I placed a one-time order as a guest, which took two weeks to arrive. To my surprise, I received a second order as a subscription despite opting out. The website's cancellation service appears intentionally misleading, and there are no contact details provided. After using the online chat, I was told an email would be sent to their team, and someone would respond within 24 hours. Very disappointing!
