I’m really upset that an automatic subscription was added during the purchase. It feels very deceptive, and canceling it wasn’t straightforward. I had to log in even though I never set up an account. It's disappointing because the product has a great scent, but the sneaky subscription means I won't be buying again.
The service is completely disorganized. I placed a one-time order as a guest, which took two weeks to arrive. Unexpectedly, I received a second order as a subscription despite opting out. The website's cancellation option seems intentionally misleading, and there are no contact details available. After using the online chat, I was informed that an email would be sent to their team, with a promised response within 24 hours. It's incredibly frustrating!

I am appalled by the marketing practices of this company. I purchased air fresheners during a sale, wanting to try them without a subscription. Initially, I was pleased, but after a few weeks, the scent vanished. I would have settled for a neutral review, but then I received an email about a subscription renewal I never agreed to. This is unacceptable; if I don't sign up at checkout, don’t initiate a subscription without my consent. When I tried to cancel, the cancellation form malfunctioned. The online chat was unhelpful, leaving me stuck with an unwanted subscription.
I made a one-time purchase, and three months later, I received an unwanted shipment that charged my credit card. This happened again three months later! I never signed up for their membership! A friend experienced the same issue. They are charging customers without proper consent under the guise of a membership.
I ordered on December 5th and never received my item. Contacting support was a challenge. Once I reached them, they ignored my emails and claimed they would review my situation by December 29th. When I expressed my dissatisfaction due to the timing for Christmas, they refused to issue a refund and ignored my subsequent messages. I strongly advise against ordering from this company, as they turn one-time orders into subscriptions without clear communication.
